Problem - My Fortune 150 affiliated pharmaceutical client wanted to dial in two aspects of their sales program: drive traffic to their web app with incentives and promotions, and improve the overall site experience.

Solution - By coordinating my team to identify engagement & UX trends via Google Analytics, we were able to optimize incentive program communications and incremental site enhancements.

Results - Traffic increased month-over-month, and the client reported numerous instances of positive qualitative feedback from the client's distributors.

Problem - Six affiliate websites of my pharmaceutical client needed content transitioned from the old content management system to the new one. I had inherited the project from my predecessor, the projects were behind schedule and poorly organized, and I had no familiarity with the agency's processes or the workflow.

Solution - I got up to speed quickly and oriented myself to internal and external stakeholders. From there, I documented the process, identified areas to optimize, and made sure our teams were ready to go during crunch time.

Results - By the last project, we had expedited launch timelines 25% faster than the initial one had taken.

communications Specialist, Maple Leaf Farms                              Leesburg, IN - 2013

Problem - Milford Valley chicken products needed to build an initial following on social media. They also wanted to build their retail email list.

Solution - I suggested and assisted execute a user-generated content contest, in which consumers could submit a photo of their creative design from the boxes of the frozen chicken product to the Milford Valley Facebook page. From the decision of a panel of Milford Valley judges, the winners would receive over $7,500 in cash prizes.

Results - The contest gained 2k+ followers, and the retail email list grew by 3k+ during the quarter the contest ran. The brand saw comparable gains in followers for each contest in 2014 and 2015.
